Cecelia A. Prudlick

Cecelia A. Prudlick, 99, of Independence, died Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Marinuka Manor in Galesville. She was born November 22, 1910 in Bruce Valley, Trempealeau County, to Albert and Gertrude (Blaha) Bautch. She married George Prudlick on October 6, 1931 at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Independence. He died February 24, 2006. Survivors include two daughters, Donnett (David) Weaver of Mesa, Ariz. and Delores (Robert) Kuchan of Galesville; four grandchildren, Diane (Gary) Bommersbach of Walcott, N.D., David (Kristi) Prudlick of West Fargo, N.D., Kurt Kuchan of Galesville and Keith Kuchan of Abilene, Texas; nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Independence. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Edison Funeral Home, Independence, where there will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. followed by a rosary, and from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church on Thursday.
