Mary Lou Pientok

Mary Lou Pientok, 78, of Arcadia, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at the Dove Healthcare-Rutledge Home, Chippewa Falls. She was born September 2, 1940 in Arcadia, to Emil and Eleanor (Doelle) Wolfe. She married Luke Pientok on November 18, 1958 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Arcadia. He died December 27, 2018. She attended Arcadia High School, graduating in 1958. She worked at St. Joseph Hospital as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant and at Caregivers until she retired. Mary Lou is survived by four children, Leon of Rock Falls, Ill.; Lynette (Frank) Niebauer of Eau Claire, Loren (Melissa) Pientok of Dodge and Leslie (Don Geffe) Mohler of Mondovi; four grandchildren, Michael Sylla, Chrissy Pientok, Morgan and Dustin Mohler; brother, David (Mary Jane) Wolfe of Arcadia; sisters-in-law, Clara Armbuster of Antigo and Linda Pientok of Independence; brother-in-law, Mel Wilke of Cudahy. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Luke; four sisters, Armella Hansen, Rita Rumpel, Alta Slaby and Cleo Wolfe; grandson, Tyler Pientok. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2019 at Holy Family Parish with burial in Calvary cemetery, both in Arcadia.
