Ronald W. Larson

Ronald W. Larson, 69, of Independence, died Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at his home. Ron was born July 3, 1949 in Loves Park, Ill., to Oscar and Jean (Strelow) Larson. He served in the Marines during the Viet Nam War and worked at Ashley Furniture until retirement. Ron is survived by his sister, Linda Stendahl of Whitehall; niece, Tracie Dejno of Independence; nephew, Troy Zimmerman of Blair and many wonderful friends. Burial will be in Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Spooner, on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. A Celebration of Life at Eagles Bar in Independence will be held at a later date.
