Thomas J. Pientok Jr., 88, of Independence, died Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Pigeon Falls Health Care Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 29, 2025 at S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Reverend George Thayilkuzhitottu officiating. Family and friends are welcome for visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
